Why oh why didn’t I know how ridiculously easy it was to make peanut sauce?I ran across a recipe for something completely different than what I was making that used Peanut sauce as a main sauce, but when I saw how easy it was, and after tasting how delicious it was, I kicked myself for purchasing countless bottles that had not lived up to the experience of this indulgent little sauce at my favorite Thai restaurant.
Peanut Sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 tablespoons white vinegar
1 teaspoon white sugar

1-2 teaspoon sriracha
1/3 cup water

I threw everything in my ninja and gave it a little whirl, which seems to break things down a little, but the thin sauce worked perfect for what I wanted.

For  each bowl I used:

1 serving yellow rice
cooked cabbage ( from leftovers)
4 oz diced pork ( from leftover’s)
 scrambled egg ( split)
2 tablespoons Peanut sauce
scallions
crushed peanut topping
The only thing I could have asked for was some fresh cilantro 😦
